In 1992, Vivek Kathotia saw real estate as a business opportunity. Today, as an industry-leader, it's a passion to take the sector to the next level. His passion is the fuel that designs and drives Fort's vision.

Excellence is not a Destination
The story started a decade ago, when we built our first home at S. N. Roy Road. A simple home that we thought would just not accommodate people but also imbibe their warmth in a simple and comforting design. Today, after millions of square feet and hundreds of homes, we simply endeavour to create space that can inspire and reflect something more than routine life, that is, the emotions of its inhabitants.
Defining and redefining the skyline of Kolkata just happened on the way.
